Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl

Change up your usual fruity fare with pumpkin spice and everything nice!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • Toppings: walnuts, raisins, pepitas, cinnamon, sliced banana

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients except toppings in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
