- Rum Balls:
- 100g chocolate sponge cake
- 40g almond flour
- Rum extract, as needed
- 40g chocolate
- Almonds, as needed
- White chocolate, as needed
- Milk chocolate, as needed
- Dark chocolate, as needed
- Melt each chocolate.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the Rum Balls and mix with a spatula.
- Scoop the dough and roll them into balls using your hands.
- Insert almonds and a lollipop stick into the rum ball.
- Using a spoon, coat the rum ball with melted white chocolate.
- Draw in the ears, eyes and whiskers with chocolate. Enjoy!
