Quinoa and Spicy Tuna Fresh Spring Rolls

Fresh Asian-inspired flavors in a delicate wrapper.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of sashimi grade tuna
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 tablespoons of spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of toasted panko
  • 1 teaspoon dried chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1 julienned carrot
  • Crispy seaweed
  • Fresh mint sprigs
  • 1/3 cup cooked quinoa (optional)
  • Spring roll wrappers

Steps

  1. Cube up the tuna and mix with the sesame oil, sriracha, chili flakes, spring onions, mirin, and panko.
  2. Spread the wrapper. Place in your tuna, some carrots, the mint, seaweed, and the quinoa and wrap.
  3. Mix together all the sauce ingredients until the sugar has dissolved.
  4. Dip in the sauce and enjoy.
