Rainbow Mango Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh mango (approximately 1 large mango), diced
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • Toppings: strawberries, peaches, bananas, kiwis, blueberries, blackberries


  1. Place mango chunks, frozen banana, almond milk, maple syrup, and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer smoothie to a bowl.
  3. Top with strawberries, peaches, bananas, kiwis, blueberries and blackberries (in rainbow order).
