- 1 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon teaspoon liquid red food coloring
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon self rising flour
- 1/4 teaspoon vinegar
- Pinch of kosher salt
- Melt the butter in the mug.
- Stir in food coloring, milk, sour cream, egg and sugar until well combined. Add flour and stir again, stir in vinegar. Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Top with cream cheese frosting, red sprinkles and chocolate heart.
