Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Frying oil

Steps

  1. In a food processor or blender, beat the cooked rice, milk, cheese, eggs and parsley.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix.
  3. Using a spoon, fry portions of the dough in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Use paper towels to drain and serve.
