- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- Frying oil
- In a food processor or blender, beat the cooked rice, milk, cheese, eggs and parsley.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix.
- Using a spoon, fry portions of the dough in hot oil until golden brown.
- Use paper towels to drain and serve.
