  • 1 cup milk


  1. Preheat oven to 390 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place bananas, in their skins, on the tray and bake for 10 minutes. Add the insides to a blender along with the milk and blend. Pour the blended mixture into pudding cups, and cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator until solidified. Add garnishes as desired.
