Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 beer can

Marinade

  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soybean paste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy bean paste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

To Serve

  • Welsh onion, thinly sliced
  • Cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • Spring roll wrappers
  • Sauce

Steps

Chicken

  1. Wash and clean the chicken.
  2. Push the beer can into the cavity of the chicken.

Marinade

  1. Combine ingredients for the marinade and spread onto the chicken.
  2. Bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees C.

Sauce
