How can you go wrong with a rocky road bar full of chocolate chip cookies and marshmallows?
12 ounces 70 percent cocoa dark chocolate
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons golden syrup
8 ounces chocolate chip cookies
2 1/4 cups mini marshmallows
Grease and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Melt the butter, chocolate and golden syrup over a double boiler.
Crush the cookies in a plastic bag, and stir them into the chocolate mixture with the marshmallows.
Pour the mixture on the baking tray and smooth out the top.
Set in the fridge for two hours or until the chocolate has set, then dust with powdered sugar and cut into fingers.
