Salmon Cream Cheese Baguette

How to make Salmon Cream Cheese Baguette.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 baguette
  • 3.5 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 3.5 ounces sashimi-grade salmon
  • 1/4 onion
  • 4 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Cut off the ends of a baguette and scoop out the insides with a knife.
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Chop the onions and set aside in a bowl of water.
  3. Drain onions and pat dry. Combine the cream cheese, salmon, chopped onions, parsley, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Stuff the filling inside the baguette.
  5. Wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Slice and enjoy!
