• 1 cup pitted dates, soaked for minimum 2 hours
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Pinch of coarse sea salt for finishing


  1. Blend dates, cashew butter and coconut oil until they reach a smooth consistency. Use a spatula to transfer to a small pan and smooth out.
  2. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  3. Freeze for 1 hour, cut and serve. Can be kept in the freezer.
