- 1 cup pitted dates, soaked for minimum 2 hours
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- Pinch of coarse sea salt for finishing
- Blend dates, cashew butter and coconut oil until they reach a smooth consistency. Use a spatula to transfer to a small pan and smooth out.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Freeze for 1 hour, cut and serve. Can be kept in the freezer.
