Salted "Caramel" Overnight Oats

Packed with chia seeds and sweet dates, this easy and nutritious breakfast is inspired by one of our favorite dessert combinations.


  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/2 cup dates, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 cups almond milk


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and put in the fridge overnight.
  2. Spoon a portion into a bowl, top with more almond butter and your favorite nuts and berries.
