• 1 1/4 cups white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream, hot
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Combine the melted white chocolate, whipping cream and salt. Place in the fridge until chilled and thickened, about 1-2 hours.
  2. Beat the ganache with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. Place in a piping bag fitted with a medium-sized round piping tip.
