- 1 1/4 cups white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, hot
- Pinch of salt
- Combine the melted white chocolate, whipping cream and salt. Place in the fridge until chilled and thickened, about 1-2 hours.
- Beat the ganache with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Place in a piping bag fitted with a medium-sized round piping tip.
