Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz) skinless salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound broccoli
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
Steps
- Place salmon in a sealable bag or medium bowl.
- In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix marinade ingredients.
- Pour the marinade on the salmon.
- Let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400˚F.
- On a baking sheet, lay broccoli, then drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Take pan out and make space for the salmon in the center. Lay marinated salmon in the center of the pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
