Ingredients

  • 7 ounces shrimp
  • Salt
  • 2 chopped chive stalks
  • 7 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 dough sheets of spring roll
  • 1 2/3 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Oil for frying
  • Sesame oil

Steps

  1. Sauté the shrimp in sesame oil, season with salt and add the shallots. Let it cool a little.
  2. Add the cream cheese and mix well.
  3. Arrange the mixture in the center of a spring roll, put some mozzarella cheese and close the roll. Brush with egg.
  4. Fry until golden brown.
