- 2 1/2 cups basil
- 2 -3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 1/3 cup parmigiano
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 cups cherry or romas
- 1-2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse well.
- Serve with bread or your favorite pasta.
