How to Make a Perfect Old Fashioned

Ingredients
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes of bitters
- 1 dash of club soda
- 1 large ice cube
- 2 oz rye or bourbon
- 1 orange
Steps
- Crush sugar cube in glass with the bitters and club soda. Swirl until well combined.
- Add 1 large ice cube and pour 2 ounces of rye or bourbon. Stir together.
- Peel a slice of orange skin. Warm the slice with a match. Twist the slice, then glide along edge of glass. Drop the slice in the glass.
- Enjoy your drink!
