700 grams pizza dough
1 large egg
1 teaspoon water
Spray a skull baking tin with cooking spray. Roll out the pizza dough until it is about 1/2 centimeters-thick, then cut into rectangles. Working with one rectangle of dough at a time, drape it into the baking tin and fill with your desired fillings. Fold the edges of the dough together and pinch to seal closed.
In a small bowl, beat the egg and water, then brush onto the surface of the dough. Place the baking tin in the fridge for 30 minutes, then bake at 375F for 18-20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
