Slow Cooker Cranberry Apple Cider Non-Alcoholic Sangria

An easy mocktail that has all of the fruity deliciousness you love without the post-party hangover.


  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 4 cups water, divided
  • 5 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoon raw honey
  • 2 cups club soda


  1. In a blender, add half the water, cranberries, apple, and chopped orange. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a slow cooker. Add the lemon juice, orange slices and thyme. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 3-4 hours.
  3. Strain mixture using fine mesh strainer and then stir in the honey.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2-4 hours.
  5. To serve, top off with club soda, a slice of orange, and a sprig of thyme.
