• 3 ounces cocoa sponge cake
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • White chocolate, for coating
  • Milk chocolate, for the face
  • Icing (red, orange, blue, green)
  • Powdered sugar


  1. Finely grate the sponge cake and place in a mixing bowl. Add rum, flour and melted chocolate and stir to combine. Form mixture into balls and build the snowmen. Insert a straw into each snowman and dip in the white chocolate. Once chocolate is dry, decorate snowmen with icing. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
