Sorbet 4 Ways

Cool down with these colorful sorbets including coconut, strawberry and Meyer lemon, mango and blackberry rose.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 8 cups strawberries, chopped
  • Zest and juice of large Meyer lemon
  • Pinch sea salt

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a metal or glass container and store in the freezer.
  3. When ready to serve, scoop into a bowl and serve immediately.
