• 1 cup agave
  • 1 cup coconut meat or shredded coconut
  • 3 (14 ounces) cans coconut milk
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch sea salt


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a metal or glass container and store in the freezer.
  3. When ready to serve, scoop into a bowl and serve immediately.
