- 1 cup juice, any flavor
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 3 tbsp powdered gelatin
- food coloring, optional
- ½ cup superfine sugar
- 5 tsp citric acid
- Sprinkle the gelatin into the water and let develop for 5 minutes.
- Pour the juice into a small pot and bring to a simmer. Add the sugar and whisk until dissolved. Add the gelatin and whisk until fully dissolved. Add some food colouring, if using. Pour the liquid into a container with an easy-pour spout.
- Pour the mixture into a gummy bear mold and place in the fridge until set, about 1 hour.
- Unmold and toss in citric acid. Enjoy!
