Speculoos Popsicles

These easy 3-ingredient popsicles featuring everyone's favorite cookie butter are what you've been missing.


  • 1/4 cup speculoos spread
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups unflavored Greek yogurt (fat free for extra points)
  • 6 speculoos cookies


  1. In a small bowl, combine speculoos spread, milk and yogurt.
  2. Spoon into popsicle molds and stick in popsicle sticks. Freeze for 2 hours.
  3. Crush the cookies until you have crumbs.
  4. Remove popsicle molds from the freezer and soak them in warm water for a few seconds (this will help the popsicles come out and the cookie crumbs stick).
  5. Dip the popsicles in the cookie crumbs and wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze until you want to eat them.
