Ingredients
Matcha Crepe Batter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 tablespoon matcha powder
- 3/4 tablespoon sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups milk
To Assemble
- 6 strawberries, sliced
- Whipped cream
Steps
Matcha Crepe Batter
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together crepe batter ingredients.
- Add a ladleful of batter into a frying pan over medium heat.
- Cook until browned on one side, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat until you've cooked six crepes.
To Assemble
- Stack crepes on top of each other and slice into four equal pieces.
- Layer two crepe slices on top of each other and pipe whipped cream down the middle.
- Add some sliced strawberries, then roll up. Cut into slices, and enjoy!
