- Cornflakes, crushed
- Shredded cheese
- String cheese, cut into cubes
- Cooking oil
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup pancake mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- Pinch of salt
- In a mixing bowl, add hot water, pancake mix, sugar, and rice flour. Stir until the dough becomes squishy.
- Pull out spoonfuls of dough and flatten.
- Sprinkle with cheese and add a cheese cube, then wrap the dough around the cheese.
- Dip in cornflakes, and fry in oil heated to 350 degrees until golden brown.
