• 1 steak (200g)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 30 grams ham
  • 80 grams grated mozzarella cheese
  • Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Tomato sauce


  1. Arrange the steak on a cutting board and pound with a steak hammer so the meat is softer and thinner.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the ham, 40 grams of cheese and roll it to close.
  4. Carefully involve it in flour, the eggs mixture and finally in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry in hot oil.
  6. Arrange in a baking sheet, cover with tomato sauce, the rest of the grated mozzarella and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
