Jalapeño Avocado Crema

  • 1 cup Mexican Crema
  • ½ Lime, juiced
  • 1 Jalapeño, seeds removed
  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt

Herb Radish Salad

  • 2 cups Radishes cut into matchsticks
  • ½ bunch of Cilantro, large stems removed and roughly chopped
  • 1 bunch Green Onion, chopped
  • ¼ bunch Parsley, stems removed and roughly chopped
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Pre-made pulled pork

  • Pre-made pulled pork

Tortillas

  • 12 tortillas (or 20 street taco size tortillas)

Steps

Jalapeño Avocado Crema

  1. For the Jalapeño Avocado Crema, place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Herb Radish Salad

  1. For the herb and radish topping, place all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to combine.

Pre-made pulled pork

  1. Heat the pulled pork according to the instructions.

Tortillas

  1. Toast the tortillas in a cast iron or directly on a gas flame. Spread with jalapeño avocado crema, top with pulled pork and herb radish salad. Enjoy!
