
Ingredients
Jalapeño Avocado Crema
- 1 cup Mexican Crema
- ½ Lime, juiced
- 1 Jalapeño, seeds removed
- 1 Avocado
- ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
Herb Radish Salad
- 2 cups Radishes cut into matchsticks
- ½ bunch of Cilantro, large stems removed and roughly chopped
- 1 bunch Green Onion, chopped
- ¼ bunch Parsley, stems removed and roughly chopped
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Tortillas
- 12 tortillas (or 20 street taco size tortillas)
Steps
Jalapeño Avocado Crema
- For the Jalapeño Avocado Crema, place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Herb Radish Salad
- For the herb and radish topping, place all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to combine.
Pre-made pulled pork
- Heat the pulled pork according to the instructions.
Tortillas
- Toast the tortillas in a cast iron or directly on a gas flame. Spread with jalapeño avocado crema, top with pulled pork and herb radish salad. Enjoy!
