- 7 ounces starch syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- Strawberry syrup
- Strawberries, stems removed
- Thread the strawberries on a skewer.
- In a sauce pot, add the starch syrup, water and strawberry syrup. Heat until mixture reaches 260 degrees. Pour over the strawberries.
- Place on a baking sheet, and let cool for 5 minutes.
