Strawberry Panna Cotta

We firmly believe that dessert makes everything better.


  • 8 strawberries
  • Edible flowers
  • Mint
  • Lemon jelly:
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 sheets gelatin
  • 3 ½ ounces of boiling water
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • Panna cotta:
  • 4 sheets gelatin
  • A little less than 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ⅔ cups milk
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries


  1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
  2. Remove the stems of the strawberries. In a cake pan, arrange the strawberries, edible flowers and mint.
  3. In a bowl, mix the gelatin, sugar and boiling water. Add the lemon juice and water and mix gently. Pour into the cake pan and chill in the refrigerator.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the gelatin, sugar and heavy cream. Bring to a boil. Add the milk and mix gently, then pour into the cake pan.
  5. Remove from the cake pan and arrange on a plate. Top with fruit.
