- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 10 sheets gelatin
- Matcha paste
- Brown sugar syrup
- Gold leaf
- In a mixing bowl, add the gelatin sheets, sugar and milk. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Divide mixture between two bowls and add matcha to one.
- Alternating between white and green mixtures, pour into a cake mold. Place in refrigerator to set after each color is added.
- Transfer to a serving place. Add some gold leaf to the brown sugar syrup, then pour into the center of the dessert.
