Banana Paddle Pops

Repurpose your overripe bananas by turning them into creamy, coconutty frozen treats.


  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup pecans, crushed (optional)


  1. In a bowl, combine the bananas, cinnamon, almond milk, coconut cream and honey. Pour into paddle pop molds and put in the freezer to set overnight.
  2. Remove paddle pops from molds and allow to set on a drying rack for 10 minutes in the fridge. If desired, sprinkle crushed pecans on top before taking a wicked bite of flavor awesomeness.
