Get dippin' with 3 dessert fondues — white chocolate raspberry, chocolate peanut butter and chocolate wine, all served in a brioche bowl.
1 large brioche loaf or sourdough boule
Rice Krispies treats
Chocolate peanut butter:
6 ounces dark chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons kahlua
White chocolate raspberry:
6 ounces white chocolate chips, melted
2 tablespoons raspberry preserves
3/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 ounces chocolate chips
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Scoop out 3 holes/wells in the bread loaf. This is where the fondues will go.
For the chocolate peanut butter: Combine chocolate, peanut and kahlua. Pour into bread reservoir.
For the white chocolate raspberry: Stir raspberry preserves into melted white chocolate and pour into bread reservoir.
For the chocolate wine: In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer. Cook until thick. Pour into bread.
Serve fondue with various fruit, pretzels and other dip-able treats.
