Sweet Fondue Brioche Bowl
- 1 large brioche loaf or sourdough boule
- Strawberries
- Grapes
- Pineapple
- Pretzels
- Pound cake
- Rice Krispies treats
- Donut holes
Chocolate peanut butter
- 6 ounces dark chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons kahlua
Chocolate wine
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
White chocolate raspberry
- 6 ounces white chocolate chips, melted
- 2 tablespoons raspberry preserves
Steps
Sweet Fondue Brioche Bowl
- Scoop out 3 holes/wells in the bread loaf. This is where the fondues will go.
- Serve fondue with various fruit, pretzels and other dip-able treats.
Chocolate peanut butter
- Combine chocolate, peanut and kahlua. Pour into bread reservoir.
Chocolate wine
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer. Cook until thick. Pour into bread.
White chocolate raspberry
- Stir raspberry preserves into melted white chocolate and pour into bread reservoir.
