To make an adorable, edible hedgehog, you only need 4 simple ingredients.
600 grams sweet potatoes
50 grams vanilla ice cream
Black sesame seeds
1 egg, whisked
Peel the potatoes and boil until soft.
Mash the potatoes until smooth.
Add in ice cream and mix to combine.
Put a large spoonful onto your hand and mold into teardrops.
Snip the top surface of the potatoes with kitchen shears to create the spines.
Use the sesame seeds to make eyes.
Brush with egg wash and bake until tops are golden brown.
