Swirled Neapolitan Cake

Strawberry, chocolate and vanilla cake drizzled with icing is a dessert you need in your life.


  • 2 cups white flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, crushed
  • Pink food coloring
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry juice


  1. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together and set aside.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then mix in vanilla extract. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  3. Gradually add the flour mixture, then add the warm milk. Beat only until mixed. Divide the batter into 3 parts.
  4. Add the cocoa powder to one part.
  5. To the second part, add the crushed strawberries and several drops of pink food coloring.
  6. In a greased and floured Bundt cake pan, add large spoonfuls of the 3 separate cake batters, alternating the colors. Gently swirl a spoon around the center to lightly mix the 3 batters.
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes.
  8. Mix the powdered sugar with strawberry juice until it becomes a syrup, drizzle over the cake and serve.
