California Breakfast Crunchwrap

Forget breakfast burritos and try this breakfast crunchwrap instead, filled with eggs, bacon, guac and more!


  • 1 hash brown patty
  • 2 strips bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (10-inch) tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pico de gallo
  • 2 tablespoons guacamole
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Cook hash brown according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. Over medium heat, cook the bacon strips. Remove from pan. Using the rendered bacon fat, scramble the eggs with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the hash brown in the middle of the tortilla. Next, add the eggs, cheese, crumbled bacon, pico de gallo and guacamole.
  4. Fold the tortilla in a wheel pattern around the filling, enclosing it completely.
  5. Place wrap seam side down in a large preheated skillet over medium heat. Cook for 30 to 45 seconds. Flip and crisp on the other side. Enjoy!
