MINI OMU-RICE

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 4 small pieces sausage

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, whisk eggs with salt, pepper and milk. In a separate small bowl, combine the rice, ketchup and sausage.
  2. Pour batter into a takoyaki grill plate. Add rice and sausage mixture to each ball. Let 1 side cook, then turn batter over and shape into spheres. Cook thoroughly.
  3. Garnish and serve!
