Ingredients

Cheesecake Batter

  • 2/3 cup cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 vanilla bean

Cheese Custard

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup milk

Caramel

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water

Steps

Cheesecake Batter

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheesecake batter ingredients.

Cheese Custard

  1. In another mixing bowl, combine all cheese custard ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a saucepan and heat over medium, while stirring, until the custard forms.
  2. Pour the cheesecake batter and the cheese custard into a springform pan and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Caramel

  1. In a saucepan, add the sugar and water and cook until dark brown, then turn off the heat.
  2. Drizzle the baked cheesecake with caramel.
