The Ultimate Garlic Sauce

Whether spreading it over pita bread, kebab or anything else, this ultimate garlic sauce is super addicting.


  • 1 cup garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 cups sunflower, grapeseed, or any other neutral oil


  1. Into a food processor, add garlic and salt. Blend, scraping sides down periodically, until it forms a paste.
  2. With processor running, pour lemon juice in a slow, steady stream, followed by the oil, also slow and steady.
  3. Keep an eye on the mixture-it shouldn't be runny. As soon as it reaches optimal emulsion, stop adding oil.
  4. Scrape out of food processor, and serve with falafel, kebabs or anything you wish. Keep refrigerated after using.
