Tiger Pattern Sushi Roll

This sushi is wild!


  • Nori seaweed
  • 1 1/3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 leaves Korean lettuce
  • 1 1/2 ounces yakiniku
  • 1 ounce bean sprout namul
  • 1 ounce spinach namul
  • 1 radish namul
  • 2 slices omelette roll
  • Egg mixture:
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Seaweed, cut into pieces


  1. Combine the eggs, salt and pepper, and pour into a skillet. Place seaweed pieces to form a pattern as it cooks.
  2. Place nori seaweed on a sushi rolling mat and spread cooked rice onto it.
  3. Place Korean lettuce, yakiniku, bean sprout namul, spinach namul, radish namul and omelet rolls on it and roll it up. Place sushi roll on top of thin egg omelette and roll it up. Slice and serve.
