Ingredients
Tiger Pattern Sushi Roll
- Nori seaweed
- 1 1/3 cups cooked rice
- 2 leaves Korean lettuce
- 1 1/2 ounces yakiniku
- 1 ounce bean sprout namul
- 1 ounce spinach namul
- 1 radish namul
- 2 slices omelette roll
Egg Mixture
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Seaweed, cut into pieces
Steps
Tiger Pattern Sushi Roll
- Place nori seaweed on a sushi rolling mat and spread cooked rice onto it.
- Place Korean lettuce, yakiniku, bean sprout namul, spinach namul, radish namul and omelet rolls on it and roll it up.
- Place sushi roll on top of thin egg omelette and roll it up. Slice and serve.
Egg Mixture
- Combine the eggs, salt and pepper, and pour into a skillet.
- Place seaweed pieces to form a pattern as it cooks.
