Coffee fans will fall in love with this creamy, decadent dessert dip made with a hint of dark rum.
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon dark rum
1 tablespoon dark espresso
Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
Ladyfinger cookies, for dipping
In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, whip mascarpone cheese until slightly fluffy and creamy. Then add cream, sugar, rum and espresso and continue whipping until fully incorporated.
Scoop into a serving bowl, and dust with cocoa powder. Serve with ladyfinger cookies.
