Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1/2 bunch of basil without leaves
  • 2 cups grated gruyere cheese
  • 10 1/2 ounces of puff pastry
  • 1 beaten egg

Steps

  1. In a bowl, arrange the tomatoes, olive oil, salt, basil and cheese. Mix.
  2. Arrange in a pan.
  3. Cover with the puff pastry. Make a crosswise cut in the dough.
  4. Brush beaten egg.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 40 minutes.
