- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 bunch of basil without leaves
- 2 cups grated gruyere cheese
- 10 1/2 ounces of puff pastry
- 1 beaten egg
- In a bowl, arrange the tomatoes, olive oil, salt, basil and cheese. Mix.
- Arrange in a pan.
- Cover with the puff pastry. Make a crosswise cut in the dough.
- Brush beaten egg.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 40 minutes.
