Ingredients
- 4 slices bread, toasted

- Trader Joe’s 21 Salute Seasoning Mix
- 1 box Trader Joe’s pre-cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 block Trader Joe’s Unexpected Cheddar, crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Sriracha Sauce
- 6 eggs, cooked sunny side up
- 1 bunch of chives, sliced thin
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease an 11 by 9 inch casserole dish.
- Line the tots side by side along the entire bottom of the pan so they fit snugly.
- Season with 21 Salute Seasoning Mix.
- Top with a layer of bacon, then a layer of both cheeses.
- Create another layer of tots, facing the opposite way and sprinkle with seasoning mix. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake for another 10 minutes, or until all the cheese has completely melted.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and the Sriracha until completely combined. Put into a squeeze bottle, or a piping bag.

- Toast the waffles and cut into 4 pieces.
- Place a piece of waffle on a wooden skewer followed by a strawberry half and a banana slice.
- Repeat this process until the skewer is covered, leaving about an inch on the bottom of the stick for a handle.
- Plate the skewers, dust them with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate sauce.

- 1 cup whipped cream cheese
- 6 ounces Trader Joe’s smoked salmon lox

- 2 tablespoons capers
- 3 sprigs fresh dill
Steps
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Remove pizza dough from package and allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. On a lightly floured surface spread out the dough using your hands.
- Shape into a disc and stretch out to the size of a medium pizza pan.
- Transfer the dough to the pan and coat with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the crust with the Everything But the Bagel Seasoning Mix.
- Cook flatbread for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Allow the pizza to cool for 5 minutes.
- Spread an even layer of cream cheese over the middle of the pizza.
- Sprinkle the top of the cream cheese with more seasoning mix.
- Top pizza with all remaining ingredients. Cut into squares and enjoy.

Cookie Butter Morning Rolls
- 1 package TJ’s Crescent Rolls
- 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
Glaze
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps
Cookie Butter Morning Rolls
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Open Trader Joe’s Crescent Rolls and unroll dough. Separate into 12 individual triangles, and spread about 1 tablespoon of cookie butter on each triangle. Sprinkle each dough segment with about 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
- Roll each triangle onto itself starting from the wide end towards the tip.
- Curve each roll slightly to form the crescent shape, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
- Once the rolls have cooled completely, remove from baking sheet and drizzle with icing.
- Allow to sit for 1 minute for the glaze to settle. Enjoy!
