- 4 slices bread, toasted
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 jar Trader Joe’s Fig Butter
- 1 cup dried apricots, quartered
- 1 cup Trader Joe’s Walnut Baking Pieces, toasted
- 1/4 cup honey
- Spread a generous layer of ricotta on each slice of toast. Spoon a layer of fig butter over ricotta. Top with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with honey and enjoy.
