Made with raw cacao, coconut oil and more, this single-serving triple chocolate mug cake is both guilt-free and decadent!

Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 4 tablespoons perfect blend gluten-free flour
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons dairy-free dark chocolate chips
  • Sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Toppings:
  • Soy whipped cream
  • Dairy-free chocolate chips

Steps

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix together cake ingredients. Microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Let it stand for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix together sauce ingredients. Dress cake with dairy-free whipped cream, sauce and additional chocolate chips.
