- 1/2 head of cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Grate cauliflower using kitchen grater or a food processor.
- Heat oil olive in skillet.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about one minute.
- Add the cauliflower rice, turmeric, salt, and pepper, and cook until combined and almost tender.
- Season with additional salt and/or pepper, to taste.
