Twix in a Cup

Enjoy this iconic chocolate bar in cup form with layers of crushed shortbread cookies, caramel and ganache.


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Crumbled shortbread cookies


  1. Add the sugar to a pot over medium heat and cook until it becomes caramel.
  2. Add the cream, mix well and add the condensed milk. Stir over medium heat for 1 minute. Set aside to cool down.
  3. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler. Set aside.
  4. Pour the crumbled shortbread cookies into cups, make a layer of caramel another layer of chocolate.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
