- 1 piece mozzarella:
- Oil for frying
- 1 burger bun
- 2 cheese slices
- 1 hash brown
- Ketchup, to serve
- 2 eggs
- Wheat flour
- Cut the mozzarella in half, dip pieces into batter and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Place in the freezer and leave for about 4 hours.
- Heat Oil to 180C and fry until the surface turns golden brown.
- Drain excess oil from mozzarella and assemble on a burger bun with cheese, a hash brown and ketchup to serve.
