Ingredients
Fries
- 3 russet potatoes, cut into thin sticks
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sweet and hot red pepper relish
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Fish Sticks
- 1 1/2 pounds halibut
- Salt and pepper
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- Canola oil spray
Steps
Fries
- Place the potato sticks in a large bowl and cover with water. Soak for 2 hours.
- Preheat heat air fryer to 390 degrees.
- Cut fish into strips that are about 2 inches long and 3/4 inch wide, and season with salt and pepper. Add the eggs to a shallow dish, the panko breadcrumbs to a second shallow dish and the flour, cornmeal and Cajun seasoning to a third. Dredge fish sticks in flour and cornmeal, then egg, then panko and place on a baking sheet. Repeat with all of the fish sticks.
- Drain the potatoes and pat them dry. Place them on a baking sheet, season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and sugar and toss with oil. Place potatoes in air fryer. Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes.
Sauce
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and serve with the fish.
Fish Sticks
- Cut fish into strips that are about 2 inches long and 3/4 inch wide, and season with salt and pepper.
